Do you LOVE American Chop Suey??   This recipe is the best you are ever going to try! If you have been following along on my blog you will know that one of my latest recipes was my Old Fashioned Goulash! It has been the most viewed recipe on my site in the last TWO years of me blogging!  I wanted to also bring you another INCREDIBLE one, my Nanas American Chop Suey!   It is the ultimate comfort food.   I used just green peppers but if you'd like it to be more colourful, you can do red, green

  • Meat

    • 2 lbs Ground beef or turkey

  • Produce

    • 3 Bay leaves

    • 2 Garlic cloves

    • 1/2 Green bell pepper, large

    • 1/2 Red bell pepper, large

    • 2 (15-ounce cans Tomatoes

    • 1 Yellow onion, large

  • Canned Goods

    • 1/2 cup Beef broth

  • Condiments

    • 2 (15-ounce cans Tomato sauce

  • Pasta & Grains

    • 2 cups Elbow macaroni

  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 tbsp Adobo seasoning

    • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper

    • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

    • 1 Salt and pepper

    • 1 tbsp Seasoned salt

    • 1 tsp Sugar

  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1/3 cup Olive oil

  • Liquids

    • 2 1/2 cups Water
