Homemade Protein Bars - The Happy Health Freak

Homemade Protein Bars - we used natural PB and no water, no almonds and vanilla protein. They are amazing. We've make then twice in about a week and a half.


Making snack at home not only saves money but allows you to control the ingredients. Why not try out these homemade protein bars for your next snack.

  • Condiments

    • 3 tbsp Honey - i used, natural

  • Pasta & Grains

    • 2 cups Oats

  • Baking & Spices

    • 4 tbsp Dark chocolate chips, mini

  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 5 tbsp Almonds - cashews would also work well

  • Dairy

    • 1/3 cup Almond milk - or any kind of milk

  • Other

    • 3 Tbsp of PB2 mixed with 2 Tbsp of water - you could use 3 Tbsp of any natural peanut butter

    • 5 X 30g scoops of protein powder (about 2 cups, vanilla or chocolate would work best
