Homemade Protein Bars - we used natural PB and no water, no almonds and vanilla protein. They are amazing. We've make then twice in about a week and a half.

3 tbsp Honey - i used, natural

Pasta & Grains
2 cups Oats

Baking & Spices
4 tbsp Dark chocolate chips, mini

Nuts & Seeds
5 tbsp Almonds - cashews would also work well

Dairy
1/3 cup Almond milk - or any kind of milk

Other
3 Tbsp of PB2 mixed with 2 Tbsp of water - you could use 3 Tbsp of any natural peanut butter
5 X 30g scoops of protein powder (about 2 cups, vanilla or chocolate would work best
